Introducing Organization Users: Manage Your Team on EasyRinger
We're excited to introduce Organization Users, a new feature that lets you add team members to your EasyRinger account and assign them their own dedicated phone numbers. Whether you're running a small business, a sales team, or any organization that needs multiple people managing separate virtual numbers, Organization Users makes it simple to coordinate everything from one account.

What Are Organization Users?

Organization Users are sub-accounts that belong to your main EasyRinger account. As the account owner, you can invite team members by email and assign each of them a specific EasyRinger phone number. Once they accept their invitation and log in, they can fully manage their assigned number — handling calls, messages, and settings — all without any access to your other numbers or account details.

Think of it like giving each person on your team their own dedicated business phone line, all managed under one roof. You stay in control of the account while your team members handle the day-to-day communications on their assigned numbers.

How to Add an Organization User

To get started, navigate to Account > Organization in your EasyRinger dashboard. You'll see a list of your current organization users, along with two options to add new ones: the "New" button to add a user manually, or the "Upload" button to import multiple users at once via a file.

When adding a new user manually, just click the "New" button. A simple form will appear asking for the new user's first name, last name, and email address. Hit "Invite" and EasyRinger will send them an invitation to join your organization. Once they accept, their status will update to "Active" and they'll be ready to use their number.

If you need to add several users at once, the "Upload" option lets you bring in a list in bulk, saving you from adding them one by one.

Assigning a Phone Number to a User

Once a user has been added to your organization, you can assign them a specific phone number from your account. In the user's profile, you'll find an "Assignments" section with a dropdown to select their dedicated number. From that point on, the number will show as "Assigned" in your Numbers Setup page — and only that user will be able to manage it.

Managing Your Organization Users

At any time, you can view, edit, or remove users from the Organization page. Each user's profile shows their personal information, the date their invitation was sent, and when they accepted it. If you need to update a user's name or email, just click the edit icon next to their name in the list.

If a user leaves your team or no longer needs access, you can remove them from the organization. Their number will then be freed up for reassignment or management directly from your account.

Who Is This Feature For?

Organization Users is designed for anyone running a business or team operation where multiple people need their own virtual phone numbers. Some common use cases include sales teams where each rep needs a dedicated line, small businesses with customer-facing staff, and any operation where you want to keep personal and professional numbers separate across your whole team — all without needing multiple standalone EasyRinger subscriptions.

We think Organization Users is going to make EasyRinger a much more powerful tool for teams. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
